About Me

Hello there, I'm Stephanie. I started piano lessons at age 5. When I was 13 I wanted a way to earn money and my mom, a piano teacher herself, helped me start my first little studio in Utah. I have loved teaching since then and I've taken bits of teaching wisdom from each of the teachers I have studied with. I love working with kids and have a warm, yet structured approach to teaching.

I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from BYU, where I studied jazz and classical piano and sang with the university's auditioned choirs.

My husband, McKay, and I have four kids, a cat, and a baby grand piano. We love San Francisco and have been here since 2013.
